About Rob Knapp

"I was inspired to create the Supernova Process in the 90s while I was a director at Merrill Lynch. We found the average Advisor had 600 clients that he or she meet with at the most annually which led to high client turnover, poor customer satisfaction and low morale. The Supernova Process advocates proactive client contact (monthly), multi-generational planning and rapid response to client's issues. We do that by segmenting to a limited number of clients and increasing the minimum number of assets we accept.

"Today I am proud to say Supernova is the known and proven process to keep Financial Advisors on track to grow their practice and my books, "The Supernova Advisor", "Supernova Advisor Teams" (written by Curtis Brown and myself) and "The Supernova Multiplier" are a blueprint for running a successful practice in today's environment.

"Proceeds from my books and my coaching goes to my foundation: The Knapp Family Foundation to award deserving high school students college scholarships. "
